Hordecube Terms of Service
By downloading or playing Hordecube ("the Game") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play. You must be at least 13 years old to play.
1. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. We (and our licensors) own the Game and all its content.
2. Your account
You start as a guest; you can link Google Play Games, Apple or a Unity account to back up your progress. You're responsible for activity on your account. Guest progress can be lost if you uninstall the app or change devices without signing in.
3. Virtual items
- Coins, gems, summon tickets, skins, relics and other virtual items are a limited license to use in the Game. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold, traded or transferred outside the Game.
- Summons are random. The odds for every summon are shown in the Game before you buy.
- We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items, prices or features.
4. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise. If a purchase doesn't arrive, contact us with your order ID.
5. Fair play and conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, hack, mod, use bots or exploits, or tamper with the Game or its servers;
- get virtual items in unauthorized ways (including fake purchases or chargeback abuse);
- use offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonating player names (including pretending to be staff);
- harass other players or disrupt online matches.
We may remove items gained unfairly, rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
6. Ads
The Game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Buying "Remove Ads" removes banner and interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads remain available.
7. Changes and availability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or stop the Game or any feature at any time, and online features may be unavailable at times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, YCrew Games and Dust In Peace LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
9. Termination
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (Settings › DELETE ACCOUNT). We may end your access if you break these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you different rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, the Game will ask you to accept them again.
