Delete your Hordecube account
In the game (fastest)
Open Settings (gear icon) › DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm twice. Your account and all its data are deleted right away, on every device.
Without the app
Email us from the address linked to your account (Google, Apple or Unity sign-in), or include your Player ID if you played as a guest. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your player account and any linked Google Play Games, Apple or Unity sign-in
- All saved progress: coins, gems, summon tickets, skins, relics, spares, season pass, missions, best scores and settings
- Your online player name
What may be kept
- Purchase order records (order ID, product, date) – kept for fraud prevention and tax/accounting for as long as the law requires
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you
Google Play and App Store purchase history is held by Google/Apple, not by us. Deleting your account does not refund purchases.
