These terms apply to the Toon Cat Horror School app (Android package com.augmentalvision.cartooncatgame), made by YCrew Games, a brand of Dust In Peace LLC ("we", "us"). By tapping Accept in the game or by playing it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it.
The game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads (for example, watching an ad to revive). Any in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Purchases are final except where the store's refund policy or the law says otherwise.
How we and our ad partner handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The game is a horror game with scary scenes and jump scares. It is not directed at children under 13.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always work, be free of bugs, or be available on every device.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may update the game or these terms. If the terms change in a meaningful way, the game will ask you to accept them again. We may stop offering the game at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
