This policy explains how Toon Cat Horror School (Android package com.augmentalvision.cartooncatgame), made by YCrew Games, a brand of Dust In Peace LLC ("we"), handles information.
The game has no sign-in or in-game account. It does not ask you to enter your name, email address, phone number or precise location. Advertising and diagnostic services can still process identifiers and technical information as described below.
Game progress, settings, accepted-terms status and your selected age range are saved on your device. We do not send this saved progress to our own game server. If you contact support, the information you choose to send is used to respond to your request.
The Android game uses Unity LevelPlay to mediate ads from ironSource, Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Ads include interstitials at menu or ending breaks and optional rewarded ads, such as an ad to revive. The current Android advertising flow waits until terms are accepted, the player selects "16 or older", and Google's User Messaging Platform permits ad requests. Selecting "Under 16 / Prefer not to say" does not start that advertising flow.
When these services operate, they may collect and share IP-derived approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, SDK-generated personal identifiers, device model and operating-system information, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information. Unity Ads' published SDK disclosure also includes purchase history and, when its Acquire Optimization feature is enabled, app-usage activity. This describes advertising-service data; this version of Toon Cat does not offer an in-game account or an implemented in-app purchase.
These services use information to deliver and measure advertising, perform analytics, provide service functionality, and prevent fraud or meet security and compliance requirements. Their collection depends on the service, region, device settings and applicable privacy choices. Advertising providers and their partners may process and share information under their own policies; consent to personalised ads is not a promise that no information is processed.
The Android release enables Unity Cloud Diagnostics reporting. Crash reports can include crash logs, diagnostic and performance information, and an installation-specific identifier, to identify problems and improve stability. Unity processes this information on the developer's behalf. The game's legacy Unity Analytics and Unity Purchasing services are disabled in this release; ad-network measurement is separate from these settings. See Unity Cloud Diagnostics privacy information.
Use the settings gear and "Privacy options" to revisit applicable advertising choices. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device's advertising settings. These controls do not by themselves delete information already retained by providers or turn off crash reporting.
For information held by Unity's advertising services, review the request options in the Unity privacy policy and Unity advertising privacy choices. For Google-held information, use the controls described in Google's privacy policy. Provider controls apply to that provider's services and may not cover another network. Contact us with questions about app data or assistance with a privacy request. We do not currently offer an in-app account deletion feature or a verified single request mechanism that deletes all providers' retained data.
The advertising and Cloud Diagnostics providers disclose encryption of their SDK data in transit. Retention and processing locations depend on each provider's policy, purpose and applicable obligations. Local game data stays on your device unless you remove it through device controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
The game is not directed at children under 13. The current Android age selection disables the described advertising flow for players who select "Under 16 / Prefer not to say". Advertising eligibility does not change access to the base game. The advertising age choice is separate from enabled diagnostic reporting.
We will update this page and its effective date when the policy changes.
