Terms of Service

Effective October 11, 2026. These terms apply to the Left 2 Die game (Android package com.PlanZ.Left2Die and the iOS version), made by YCrew Games, a brand of Dust In Peace LLC ("we", "us"). By tapping Accept in the game or by playing it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.

Who can play

Left 2 Die contains violence and is rated for mature players. You must be old enough to play under the age rating shown in your app store and the laws where you live. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with Google (Android) or Apple (iPhone/iPad). Guest progress is kept only on that device and can be lost if you uninstall the game, change devices or log out. You are responsible for your account and for anything done with it. You can delete your account and its saved progress at any time from ACCOUNT > DELETE ACCOUNT in the game or on our delete account page.

Licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game, or use cheats, hacks, bots, exploits or modified versions of it.

Virtual items and purchases

The game has in-game cash, skins, pets and other virtual items. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not your property; you have a licence to use them in the game. Real-money purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms and refund policies. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as the game is updated.

Ads

The game is free and shows ads. Some ads are optional rewarded ads that give you an in-game bonus. Ad partners are listed in our Privacy Policy.

Online play and conduct

When you play online co-op or versus, other players can see your player name and actions. Don't harass, threaten or cheat against other players, and don't use offensive names. We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Changes and availability

We may update the game, these terms or any feature at any time, and the game or online services may be unavailable sometimes. If we change these terms in an important way, the game will ask you to accept the new version. We may stop offering the game in the future.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost progress or virtual items, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, except where the law of your home country requires otherwise.
