Updated October 11, 2026 - Android beta 0.41
Dog Baseball is operated by Dust in Peace LLC (YCrew Games). Contact augmentalvision@gmail.com for privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests. Dog Baseball is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older, not primarily for children under 13. This notice describes Android beta version 0.41, including online accounts, advertising and purchases.
The game stores settings, progress display caches, dog selections, scores, consent choices and optional notification preferences on your device. Everyone starts as a guest. Uninstalling or clearing app data can remove access to the guest identity even when a server save exists. Linking and recovery must complete successfully before you rely on an external account for recovery. Older device-only progress is not silently replaced by an empty cloud save.
Unity Gaming Services Authentication creates a player identifier. Unity Cloud Code verifies round information (difficulty, session ID, swing timing, aim coordinates and score) and stores server-earned coins, owned/equipped dogs and best scores in protected Cloud Save. Leaderboards show a generated dog alias and score rather than a real name or local nickname. The services receive connection information such as IP addresses and operational diagnostics. Optional parent account linking uses Unity Player Accounts and configured sign-in providers. Those providers process identifiers and credentials under their own policies; the game does not store an email password in a save file.
The Android game integrates Unity LevelPlay mediation and its configured ad networks, including ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and Google AdMob. Ad services may process IP addresses/approximate location, installation or device/account identifiers, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Removing Android Advertising ID permission does not mean that all SDK data collection is disabled. Network mapping and ad availability can change during beta testing.
As a restrictive beta precaution, build 0.41 applies child-directed treatment, device-ID opt-out and non-personalized-ad settings to all players before LevelPlay initialization. It requests child-directed/under-age treatment and Families-certified SDK settings for mediated ads. These technical settings do not constitute parental consent. Parent controls guard account and purchase controls. Contact support without sending a child's real name. Notifications are optional, and accepting the game notice does not enable tracking or notification permission.
Google Play Billing and Unity IAP handle the optional Remove Ads purchase. We do not receive card or bank details. Store and purchase services process purchase history, transaction identifiers, receipts and diagnostics to complete, verify and restore entitlements. Purchase history retained by the store is distinct from the game account. Restore Purchases uses the relevant store account.
Data is sent to the service providers used for the corresponding game, account, purchase, advertising or security feature. Online game endpoints use HTTPS; provider SDKs describe their transport protections in their privacy documentation. Local-only settings and locally entered nicknames are not published to the leaderboard. We do not access contacts, photos, precise location, medical records or bank details.
Game cloud progress and leaderboard data are retained while the game account exists, until game-account deletion or another supported deletion request removes them. Confirmed in-game deletion cleans game data and scores before deleting the Authentication identity, and removes that account's owned local backups. If cleanup fails, the identity is kept so the request can be retried. Game-account deletion does not delete Google, Apple or Unity Player Accounts identities or their retained records, and does not remove store purchase history. Advertising/provider data has separate retention and deletion procedures under the provider policies. You can request game-account deletion on the web without reinstalling, and request access or correction through support.
If you choose Enable, the operating system asks for notification permission. Ignore does not block the game. This beta has no energy system, remote event feed or remote push service. This page will be updated when the active features or providers change.
