Delete your Dog Baseball account and data

Dog Baseball is developed by YCrew Games / Dust in Peace LLC. You can request deletion here without installing or opening the game. A parent or guardian can make a request for a child.

Request account and data deletion

If the button does not open your email app, send an email to augmentalvision@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Dog Baseball account.

Information to include

• Your Dog Baseball Player ID, if you know it, or the email/account you used to link the game. If possible, send the request from that account's email address.
• Your sign-in method, such as Google Play Games, Google, Apple or email. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, say so.
• If you cannot identify the account, explain that in your request. You do not need to reinstall the game to begin.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or government identity documents. We will verify account ownership with the minimum necessary information before deleting data.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers the Dog Baseball game account and its associated cloud progress: coins, owned/equipped dogs, scores and leaderboard entries, and game-held account-link information. If the game only stored a guest save on your device and you have already uninstalled it, we may not have a recoverable account or save to locate; support will help you determine this.

Deleting the game account does not delete your Google, Apple or Unity Player Accounts identity, and does not delete purchase records held by Google Play or Apple. Refunds and store purchase records are managed by those stores. Do not assume that deleting a game account cancels a store subscription.

What happens next

Support will acknowledge your request, confirm the affected game account, tell you the expected completion time and confirm when deletion is finished. We do not routinely retain deleted game progress. If specific records must be retained for legal or security reasons, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period during the request.

From inside the game

In versions containing the new account controls, open Settings → Accounts → Delete Account. The parent area also links to this deletion-request page.

Dog Baseball's automatic cloud-save and deletion backend is still being configured for the beta. The email request above is available now. Do not interpret a button click or a submitted email as confirmation that deletion has already completed.
