Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dust In Peace LLC, the company that publishes Fabled Oath: Second Dawn (the "Game") under the name YCrew Games ("we", "us", "our"). By tapping Accept in the Game, or by playing it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.
1. Who can play
The Game is intended for players 18 and older. You are responsible for your device, your account and anything done with them.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the Game or its content, except where the law allows it.
3. Accounts
- You can play as a guest, or link Google Play Games, Sign in with Apple or a username and password. Guest progress lives on your device and can be lost if you uninstall the Game, unless you link an account.
- Keep your login details private. You can delete your account at any time in the Game (Settings → Other → Account → Delete account) or by email. See how to delete your account.
- Player names must not be offensive, hateful or pretend to be staff. We may change names that break this rule.
4. Virtual items and purchases
- Gems, coins, energy, heroes, relics and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are part of your license to use the Game. They have no real-world money value, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be sold or transferred outside the Game.
- Some Virtual Items can be bought with real money through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payments and refunds are handled by those stores under their own policies. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final.
- Summons and some rewards are random. The Game shows the rates for each banner before you summon.
- We may change, rebalance or retire Virtual Items and game features as the Game evolves.
5. Fair play
Please don't cheat, use bots or exploits, modify the Game or its data, attack our servers, or harass other players. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and remove Virtual Items that were gained unfairly.
6. Ads
The Game shows optional rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one. Ads are provided by our partners; see the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled and how to change your choice.
7. Updates and availability
We may update the Game, and some updates may be required to keep playing. We work to keep the Game running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may end the Game in the future. If we do, we'll give notice in the Game or on our community channels where we reasonably can.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or Virtual Items. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
9. Ending these Terms
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we make important changes, the Game will ask you to accept the new version before you keep playing.
11. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Dust In Peace LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country gives you rights that can't be waived.
